Delivery ePay specializes in logistics activity for B2B and C2C. Our company manage the domestic and overseas customers with transportation services for export and import by Express air, road and Sea, including booking, loading, warehousing, fulfillment, delivery, insurance, and other logistics service. 

Delivery ePay is an expert of Importer of Record “IOR” and Shipping service in Morocco and other countries in Africa and a responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with all customs and legal requirements of the country of import.

Delivery ePay provides a comprehensive range of services which enable companies to easily import and export their products to emerging markets all over the african countries.

We combine our expertise in international logistics, customs clearance, compliance, and commercialization to deliver our clients' products.

In Morocco, Delivery ePay is is an expert of Importer of Record “IOR” and help MARKETPLACES and Online Stores to 

1- Receive load in Morocco “IOR”.

2- Customs Clearance 

3- Storage & Fulfillment 

4- Delivery in Morocco.

We use a number of defined terms in this Connect Platform Agreement. The products and services that you provide through your Platform, regardless of whether or not fees are charged, are referred to as “Platform Services”. 

Examples of Platform Services that you may agree to provide are web development or hosting services, customer service, processing of refunds, and the handling of consumer complaints. Your agreement with your users for the provision of the Platform Services is “Your User Agreement”, and your users are “Platform Merchants” until they have a Delivery E-Pay Account that has onboarded to your Platform via Delivery E-Pay Connect, at which point they become “Connected Accounts”. 

Actions submitted by or on behalf of Connected Accounts using Delivery E-Pay Connect are referred to as “Activity”, and this includes the communication of information about Transactions (including Charges) and Refunds, adjustments, the handling of Disputes (including chargebacks), as well as other features as described in the Delivery E-Pay Connect documentation. “Connected Account Data” refers to data about Connected Accounts, Activity on their Delivery E-Pay Accounts, and their Transactions. 

For other capitalized terms not defined in this Connect Platform Agreement (either in-line or by hyperlink), the applicable definitions are set out in the Delivery E-Pay Services Agreement. You represent to Delivery E-Pay that all of the information you provide to us is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to agree to this Connect Platform Agreement.
